Beach Party
The only Beach Party in the Desert!

The inaugural Sun-FM Desert Wave Beach Party started in 1985 and just gets bigger and better every year. Held in the month of November it has seen some headline bands play in the Alice.

The Beach Party kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are only $15. Every-one is welcome and can participate in the exciting prize-winning events which take place through-out the evening.

Events such as:
• Wet T-Shirt competition
• Iron Man
• Beach Wimp
• Best dressed
• Miss Bikini Girl and more

The Top pop n' rock band Clearway headed the annual event on 11th November 2006. Playing the whole night through Clearway got the crowd pumping playing upbeat mixed blend of covers and original songs.

Gigs are advertised locally through radio station SUN-FM and the Centralian Advocate
