The successful candidate will be leading the Management Team at a challenging and exciting time and will require the following attributes and experience;

§          A commitment to the Club's members, staff, committee, sporting bodies and community.

§          Be responsible for all marketing, public relations and promotions and adopt a strong strategic focus in contributing to overall revenue generation strategies and activities for the Club.

§          Demonstrated financial management skills

§          Strong proven emphasis on human resource management that encompasses recruitment, people management, workers compensation, performance management and leadership.

§          Demonstrated experience in staff training, coaching and mentoring.

§          An ability to coordinate your team to provide outstanding customer service.

§          Comprehensive operational knowledge and superior understanding of current legislation relating to Club operations in the Northern Territory.

§          Demonstrated experience in all facets of Gaming, Bar and Catering Operations.

§          Be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all relevant licenses including liquor dealing requirement, lotteries, betting, gaming and food service.

§          The ability to oversee all maintenance requirement of the Club.

§          Liaise closely with the committee, sporting bodies, professional advisers and bankers.

§          Knowledge and experience with H&L Sysnet system.

§          The ability to adapt to the operational requirements of the Club and provide a "hands on" approach when necessary.

§          Strong focus on the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational, Health and Safety standards.
